Turkey Vegetable Soup Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. pkg. mixed vegetables for soup
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 sm. head cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Salt, pepper
Oregano, garlic powder

Cooking Directions

Brown turkey, drain. In large pot, cook cut up cabbage, onion and bell pepper. When tender, add tomatoes, diced up, tomato sauce, vegetables and turkey. Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste. Cook until done.
NOTE: Add water to mixture to make type of soup you like.
