Hearty Vegetable Soup Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 slices bacon1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cans condensed vegetable soup
2 1/2 c. water
Cooking Directions
In large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and crumble.Saute onion in bacon drippings until lightly browned. Add the cream of mushroom soup and stir until smooth. Add vegetable soup, bacon and water. Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. Serves 8-10.
