Waldorf Salad Supreme Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

4 medium apples, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. raisins or chopped dates
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. seedless grapes

Cooking Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill. Spoon into lettuce cups.
Dairy sour cream or yogurt may be substituted for part mayonnaise.
