Taco Salad - Santa Fe Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 pound lean hamburger
1 packet lawreys taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
salsa, your choice
1 can mexicorn niblets
Thousand Island Dressing
red crunchy tortilla strips (sold by the bag)
shredded Mexican blend cheese
shredded lettuce

Cooking Directions

Brown burger, mix with seasoning as directed on packet.
In a bowl, Add ingredients as you like, in this order:
Shredded lettuce
Thousand Island Dressing
corn niblets
Taco seasoned burger
Shredded Mexican blend cheese
salsa
Crunchy tortilla strips or nacho chips
Makes 6+ Taco salads.
