Carrot Ambrosia Salad Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 3/4 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. whipped cream

Cooking Directions

Mix carrots, pineapple, raisins, marshmallows. Fold together salad dressing, sour cream and whipped cream. Fold dressing mixture into fruit and vegetable mixture and chill. Shredded coconut can be added if desired.
