Avocado Lime Jello Mold Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. lime Jello
3 3/4 c. hot water
2 avocados, mashed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon juice
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. water
3 oz. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
Cooking Directions
Add to 1/4 cup hot water dissolved gelatin, sugar, and lime Jello; cool. Mix mashed avocados, mayonnaise and lemon juice; add to above cooled mixture. Pour into 8 cup ring mold. After Jello mold thickens, add the second cooled layer (gelatin, 1/4 cup water, lime Jello and 1 1/2 cup hot water, combined).
