Avocado Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
Avocado or guacamole dip, 2 containersBacon bits, 1/4 to 1/2 c.
1 med. or lg. red onion
Cheddar cheese, 1 or 2 c. of shredded cheese
Tostito chips, unflavored
Cooking Directions
Spread the avocado dip in a smooth layer on a 9 x 12 inch or 10 x 18 inch serving tray. Top with a thin layer of chopped red onion. Sprinkle with desired amount of bacon bits. Top with desired amount of finely shredded Cheddar cheese.To finish it, place Tostito chips around the edge. Serve along side a bowl of tostito chips.
NOTE: You can determine ingredient amounts by taste. There are no specified amounts, but don't skimp on the avocado dip.
