Avocado Crab Meat Soup Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. light cream or half and half
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and washed
1 diced avocado
Cooking Directions
Combine all ingredients except avocado and cook over moderately low heat. When the soup bubbles around the edges add the avocado and heat thoroughly. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
