Avocado Cocktail Tail Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 big ripe Avocado
1 c. diced red apple (do not peel)
1 c. whole Cranberry sauce
1 1/2 c. chilled canned grapefruit juice
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange or lemon rind

Cooking Directions

Either dice or cut avocado in balls and combine with apple in tall stemmed glasses or fruit cups. Blend fruit juice with sugar or honey to taste and pour over fruit. Serve very cold. Serves 6.
