Frank And Johnny's Chicken Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

split chicken breasts
Frank's red hot original Louisianna hot sauce
Johnny's pork and chicken seasoning
cornflake cereal

Cooking Directions

Remove skin from chicken breasts, set aside. Place cornflake cereal in a ziplock bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin. Add Johnny's Poultry Seasoning to taste.
Pour hot sauce into a bowl. Dip chicken breasts into Frank's hot sauce, then coat in seasoned cornflakes.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until done.
