Dijon Chicken (low Fat) Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

4-6 chicken breasts, boneless
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 orange
1 sm. box (8 oz.) mushrooms, sliced



Cooking Directions

1. Saute chicken breasts, 2 minutes on each side in skillet sprayed with Pam.
2. Add seasonings and juice and mushrooms.
3. Simmer 7-10 minutes until meat is cooked through and sauce is thick enough to coat meat. Cover to prevent evaporation.
4. With pastry brush coat each breast with sauce from bottom of pan.
5. Serve on rice.
