Savory Potato Skins Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 Idaho potatoes, baked
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt, garlic powder, paprika to taste
Cooking Directions
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the insides and serve as mashed potatoes, leaving 1/4 inch of potato to the shell. Halve shells lengthwise on baking sheet. Brush skins with butter and sprinkle lightly with salt, garlic powder and paprika. Broil until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Makes 16 potato skin snacks.
