Potato Skin Crisps Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 lg. potatoes, baked
Melted butter
Seasonings (salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic salt,
cayenne pepper, chives, dried herbs)
Cooking Directions
Scoop out potatoes used for another dish. Cut skins in strips about 1 inch wide. Place on baking sheet and brush generously with butter. Sprinkle lightly with 1 of seasonings or combination of several (do not use too much salt). Bake in 475 degree oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp and light brown. Makes 1 3/4 cups crisps.
