Phyllis' Butter Parmesan Potatoes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
5 pounds all purpose potatoes1 pound salted butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
Peel potatoes (cut in 1 inch cubes). Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Melt butter; drain potatoes. Put back in pan. Pour butter over potatoes and mix well. Spread potatoes evenly on cookie sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.Bake in oven at 350°F degrees for 35 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
