Corned Beef Glaze Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
Cooking Directions
Prepare corned beef as usual. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Place meat in a roasting pan. Pour sauce over meat and roast at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
