Corn Pudding Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) can cream style corn
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
Cooking Directions
Place butter in 1 quart glass casserole. Microwave on Roast for 1 minute or until butter melts. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on Roast for 9 minutes. Stir and continue cooking on Roast for 7 to 8 minutes until pudding is slightly soft in center. Let stand covered, 5 minutes or until pudding is set in middle.
