Barbecued Ribs Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs. beef short ribs
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 med. onion chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

Place all ingredients in casserole. Cover with water. Bake at 350 for 4 hours. casserole should be covered. Serves 2-3 people.
