Chili Con Caso Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 lb. pkg. Velveeta Mexican cheese (1 hot, 1 mild)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Jimmy Dean's hot sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 to 9 cloves of garlic (optional)
Cooking Directions
Melt cheese in crockpot, add tomatoes and soup. Saute onion, garlic, green pepper; add beef and sausage, brown and drain well. Stir all ingredients together in crockpot. Serve with tortilla chips. May be frozen.
