Skinless Frankfurter Au Gratin Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb. skinless frankfurters, cut in 1-in. pieces3 slices bacon, cut in 4 pieces
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. au gratin potatoes
2 1/4 c. water
1 (5 1/4 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 lb. can peas
Cooking Directions
Fry bacon until crisp. Take out and set aside. Brown frankfurters in bacon grease. Put bacon back in pan with frankfurters. Add potatoes, water, milk, peas and juice.Cover. Cook 15-20 minutes until potatoes are done.
