Pot Roast Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 arm roast2 lg. onions, quartered
6 carrots
4 potatoes
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Cooking Directions
Brown roast on all sides with 1 tablespoon butter. Add onions and soy sauce; bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Add potatoes and carrots. Prepare gravy and pour over ingredients. Return to oven for 1 more hour.Gravy:
3 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. brown sauce
1 1/2 water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
