Pot Roast Chicken Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 chicken, fried
1 onion, sliced
Sliced carrots, optional
4 potatoes, peeled & sliced round
1 sm. bell pepper, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cooking Directions
Place fried chicken in baking dish. Top with sliced potatoes, onion, bell pepper and carrots (optional). Spread soup over top. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When done sprinkle with grated cheese.
