Recipe Ingredients

1/4 c. sauerkraut
2 Steak-Umm sandwich steaks
4 slices rye bread, toasted
2 thin slices Swiss cheese
Russian Dressing

Cooking Directions

Heat sauerkraut. Cook Steak-Umm according to basic cooking directions. Fold meat in half and place on toasted bread. Top with sauerkraut and cheese. Spoon Russian dressing over cheese. Makes 2 servings.
