Cube Steak Grande Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 med. cube steaks
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
Favorite sauce

Cooking Directions

Put oil in 9"x12" dish. Flour cube steaks. Put in dish, cover with onion, salt and pepper. Put in oven, turning once, until cooked and lightly browned. Bake at 375 degrees. If you want put favorite sauce over and let heat and remove from oven.
