Colabrian Stuffed Peppers Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

8 lg. green peppers
3/4 c. ground meat, sauteed
2 c. cooked white rice
12 black peppers, chopped
15 stuffed olives, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked carrots, cubed
1 egg
Salt and pepper



Cooking Directions

Wash peppers, remove stem and clean out. Mix together filling: meat, rice, black and green olives, butter, salt, pepper and egg. Fry peppers in oil until sides are slightly brown. Stuff with filling. Place standing up in baking dish, our some oil over peppers. Bake 1 hour in moderate oven (375 degrees).
