Brad & Brian's Favorite Meat Loaf Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cooking Directions

Combine all ingredients and pack firmly in a loaf pan. Put ketchup on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
