Barbequed Meatballs Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Cooking Directions
Mix well and form into walnut sized balls.Note: Meatballs may be frozen at this point and used in the future.
SAUCE:
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke, opt.
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion
Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
