Applesauce Meatloaf Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. applesauce
1 onion, finely diced
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. catsup

Cooking Directions

Combine all ingredients except catsup. Knead all ingredients until well blended. Shape and pack into a loaf pan. Pour catsup on top of loaf. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Turn out of pan, slice and serve.
