Lobster Shrimp Newburg Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. rich milk
8 oz. can lobster meat
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice or sherry
5 oz. can shrimp meat

Cooking Directions

Make a cream sauce; add yolks and seafood and cook just long enough to heat. The sherry should be added just before serving.
