Make cream sauce: 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. half and half Paprika - enough to make sauce light pink Dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. sherryIn frying pan, melt pat of butter. Add 1 can of lobster meat; stir. Place lobster in cream sauce and add the juice from the lobster can to the sauce. Cook in double boiler until thickened, but do not boil. Serve over rice.
