Spinach Salad With Dressing Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 pkgs. spinach, washed & dried overnight
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 or more slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 red onion, sliced thin
DRESSING:
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

Break spinach into bite size pieces, add onion, egg and bacon.
DRESSING: Mix all ingredients and pour over salad just before serving.
