Spinach Salad And Dressing Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Spinach
Sliced mushrooms
Hard-boiled eggs
Bacon pieces
Sliced red onion
Cracked pepper
DRESSING:
2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar (may use more if sweeter dressing is desired)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. salt

Cooking Directions

Make dressing. Mix all ingredients in blender and thoroughly blend. Dressing keeps well in refrigerator. Make the salad, add a generous amount of the dressing and mix well. Serve immediately.
