Pasta House Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce1 head Romaine lettuce
1 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz. jar sliced pimentos
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Garlic salt or powder to taste
Pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
Mix ingredients in large bowl; add dressing.DRESSING:
1/2 c. good olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
