Stir Fried Rice Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

1/2 c. shrimp (fresh)
1/2 c. ham (diced)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. green peas
2 tbsp. chopped green onion (scallion)
6 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. oil



Cooking Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir fry quickly until eggs are in tiny pieces. Remove from pan. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Stir-fry shrimp and ham and green peas about 1 minute and remove from pan. Heat another 3 tablespoons oil in same pan. Fry the scallion and cooked rice; mix well. Sprinkle salt. (May add some black pepper.) Reduce heat and stir evenly. Then add egg, shrimp and ham. Mix well and serve.
