Scalloped Potatoes, Meat And Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef2 lg. onions, chopped
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
Cooking Directions
While browning beef with onions, prepare potatoes according to directions plus add the extra 1/4 cup milk. Combine all ingredients into a casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Ground turkey can be used in place of beef.
