Pineapple Acorn Squash Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 acorn squash
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. water
Cooking Directions
Cut squash in half. Mix first 5 items. Spoon mixture into squash. Pour water in dish, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. 10 minutes uncovered.
