Pastel Layered Jello Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1/2 gallon ice cream, quartered
1 pkg. (envelope) Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
Cooking Directions
Dissolve Jello (one box at a time) in 1 cup boiling water, add 1 heaping tablespoon of mixed gelatin and then 1/4 of the ice cream. Stir until melted. Pour gently into pan and let set about 10 minutes in refrigerator.While setting, fix next layer. Repeat until all layers are complete. Looks great in glass bowl.
