Martha's Hot Mushrooms Hors D'oeuvre Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb. fresh mushrooms2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. Knorr's Leek Soup
1/2 - 3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar
Cooking Directions
Slice and lightly fry mushrooms. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir. Add sour cream and leek soup. Blend.Place mixture in shallow pie plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat until piping hot. Serve with crackers.
