Hot Whip Pie Crust - No Fail Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour plus 1 tbsp.
Cooking Directions
Boil water. Put 3/4 cup shortening in a large bowl. Pour water over shortening and beat with fork until all is mixed in. Mixture will be fluffy. Add 1 tablespoon milk and mix. Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix again. Then add flour and mix until it sticks together. Divide pie crust mix in two and roll out 1/2 between wax paper. (2 pie crusts)
