Deep Dish Pecan Pie With Cream Cheese Crust Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh peaches (8-10 med.)
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter



Cooking Directions

Put in baking dish or pie pan. Roll pastry out to fit the baking dish. Lay on top of filling. This will be thicker than ordinary pie crust. Brush with 1 egg yolk beat with 2 teaspoons cold water. Cut steam slits. Bake until top is golden brown at 350 degrees, approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
