Baked Sweet Potatoes - Fried Recipe

1/2 c. hot bacon drippings

Cooking Directions

Slice sweet potatoes in 1/2-1 inch strips; drop in hot bacon grease until brown on both sides. With prongs, put on paper towels to drain, immediately sprinkle sugar.
