Baked Fillet Of Fish Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb. frozen or fresh fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste, optional
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter
Cooking Directions
If fillets are frozen, place in cold water, thaw only enough to separate pieces. Place on aluminum foil lined pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper if you like, and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Yield: 3 servings.
