Fry bacon. Cut in pieces and set aside. Cook 1 cup corn (either fresh cut or canned niblets) in 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat a few minutes. Add 6 eggs beaten with 1/4 cup milk, and salt and pepper. Stir and cook until partly set. Add bacon and continue cooking until eggs are set. Do not over-cook. A good breakfast dish for 6. I used 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk for 2 people.
