Fried Rice Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
Rice (leftover)
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 lb. bean sprouts or 1 sm. can
2 scrambled eggs, cooked and chopped
1 or 2 c. meat (raw or leftovers) ham, beef, pork, shrimp or bacon
Cooking Directions
Stir fry meat. Add green onions and bean sprouts. Stir fry a few seconds, add eggs and rice. Stir fry. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
