Bacon And Egg Casserole Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup1 doz. soft scrambled eggs (made with 3/4 c. milk)
1 lb. bacon, diced and fried
1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 to 2 c. sauteed fresh mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large skillet fry cut bacon; remove and drain.
In a large bowl combine eggs and milk. Beat and pour into hot skillet. Cook only until soft stage. Remove and set aside.
