3 c. grated apples
6 oz. orange juice concentrate
1 can crushed pineapple, plus juice
6 tsp. artificial sweetener (3 is enough)
1 tsp. banana flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Cooking Directions
This is a good base for ambrosia and cherries can be added but it would not be part of the Weight Watcher's diet.
