Skinny French Crepes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 egg
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. skim milk
(3 med. crepes)
NOT SO SKINNY:
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Little oil
Pinch salt
Cooking Directions
Combine egg, salt, flour, and milk in small bowl. Blend with a fork until batter is smooth. Spray skillet with Pam or lightly grease. Heat over high heat. Pour in about 2 tablespoons of batter; rotate pan to spread batter. When top of crepe is dry, turn to brown other side.
