Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cake Recipe


Recipe Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 oz. box lemon Jello
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. carton Cool Whip



Cooking Directions

Melt butter, add graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well and line sides and bottom of pan. Reserve crumbs for topping. Mix lemon Jello and 1 cup of hot water. Cool. Mix 1 cup of sugar with cream cheese and vanilla. Add the Jello mixture slowly. Add Cool Whip to the mixture, blending until smooth. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
