Lo - Cal Grapefruit Velvet Fluff Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 (3 oz.) pkg. low calorie lime-flavored gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can grapefruit sections, drained & diced, reserve liquid
2 c. nondairy whipped topping
Cooking Directions
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add enough water to reserved grapefruit liquid to make 1 cup liquid; stir into gelatin mixture and chill until slightly thickened. Fold whipped topping into gelatin. Fold in grapefruit. Spoon into 6 or 8 individual dishes and chill until firm.
