Johnny Appleseed's Apple Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts

Cooking Directions

Break eggs over chopped apples and mix well. Add sugar and stir in cinnamon. Add nuts and dry ingredients. Stir well and then add oil and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
