John's Pecan Pie Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2/3 to 1 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. sorghum molasses
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Cooking Directions
Sprinkle pecans in pie shell. In large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients. Pour over pecans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
